Does anyone know how to make "prank" birthday cakes? - boy birthday cakes, bicycle

I am looking for instructions or ideas about how a joke "cake. I would love it if the cake was ready to explode, or at least throw a little birthday boy / girl. I have several videos with a ball covered with ice see. All ideas are welcome!
